NextSeason is an Axis Operations venture. This notice explains the information collected through our launch-interest and partnership forms.
What you share
We collect the name, email, city and preferences you enter. Families may optionally share a broad age group. Partnership inquiries may include an organization or career background and a message. We also record your contact consent and when the form was submitted.
Why we collect it
We use these details to understand demand, plan potential programs, respond to inquiries and provide relevant launch updates you have agreed to receive. Joining the list does not register or reserve a place in a program.
Parents and young people
Players aged 18 or over may join the interest list directly. For anyone under 18, a parent or guardian must complete the family interest form. Please do not submit a child’s full name, exact date of birth, medical information or other sensitive details. Any future program registration will have its own information and consent process.
Storage and service providers
Form submissions are stored using our website infrastructure. Authorized members of our team and the service providers needed to host and operate the website may process this information for these purposes. When email alerts are enabled, Formspree processes a copy of your inquiry to notify our team. Private internal follow-up notes are not included in those alerts. Information may be processed outside your province or country. We do not sell contact lists.
Your choices
You can withdraw contact consent or request access, correction or deletion by emailing operations@axisoperations.ca. We retain inquiry details while needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required.
Website services
The website uses hosted fonts, which may send standard connection information to the font provider. Hosting services may process technical request information to deliver and protect the website. This launch site does not take payments or provide the planned family portal.
