A GENERATION
WORTH BUILDING FOR.
We are building a youth development company around athlete experience, trusted local programs and a more connected journey for families.
Demand with a deeper purpose
THE GAME IS BIG.
THE NEED IS PERSONAL.
Family spending shows demand. The opportunity is to earn trust through a better development experience.
Increase in average U.S. family spending on a child’s primary sport from 2019 to 2024. Spending growth, not participation growth.

BUILD ACCESS.
KEEP HER
IN THE GAME.
Girls’ development is a core commitment. We see an opportunity to build environments that combine belonging, meaningful coaching and visible role models.

The operating vision
START LOCAL.
EARN THE RIGHT TO SCALE.
Canada already has established clubs, coaches and academies. Our opportunity is to connect strong local delivery with athlete-led brands, clear development pathways and a consistent family experience.
First: prove the experience. Launch focused programs in the GTA using partner facilities. Build a repeatable coaching, safeguarding, registration and feedback standard. Make girls’ participation part of the operating model from the start.
Next: strengthen the network. Explore partnerships and selective acquisitions of established programs. Expand only when coaching quality, repeat participation and unit economics support it. Build media, merchandise and digital learning around real program engagement.
Then: build lasting infrastructure. Explore long-term facility control, dedicated development centres and broader education pathways as demand and capital justify them. Health and wellbeing services would be delivered through qualified partners.
These are proposed stages, not completed acquisitions or announced facilities. Our priority is a strong first season and evidence that families want to return.
BETTER TOGETHER.
BUILT WITH PURPOSE.
Program operators, facility owners and aligned partners: help build a more connected youth development experience.
